Archbishop Savio Hon Tai-Fai issued the following memorandum to all Pastors, Rectors, Parochial Administrators, and Catholic Schools Administrators.
Peace be with you! Thanksgiving Day is approaching and I would like to dedicate the rest of the month of November for the THANKSGIVING FOOD AND FUND DRIVE for Catholic Social Service (CSS) and Kusinan Kamalen Karidat.
For decades, these two non-profit Catholic organizations in our Archdiocese have been faithfully serving our brothers and sisters who are in most need on Guam. These brethren struggle every day to make ends meet; to find work and keep it; to find a home to stay in; to put food on the table, and to face many other challenges that require the help of our community and the Archdiocese.
I ask you to please support Catholic Social Service (CSS) and Kusinan Kamalen Karidat by taking up a collection of non-perishable food items and monetary donations in your parishes and schools.
For more information and to arrange for the delivery of your collection, please call Catholic Social Service at 635-1406 and Kusinan Kamalen Karidat at 472-4569.
Si Yu’os ma’ase’ and God bless you for your support and generosity!
