Cancer Coalition releases ‘Cancer Passport Guide’

The Guam Comprehensive Cancer Control Coalition’s Survivorship and Quality of Life Action Team is pleased to announce the release of the revised Guam Cancer Passport Guide booklet.

The passport guide serves as a resource for newly diagnosed patients with cancer and their families, providing a directory of resources in our community and practical information to help prepare patients for treatment.

The passport guide has been disseminated to community partners such as primary care clinics, cancer treatment centers and non-profit organizations that provide support services for Guamanians diagnosed with cancer.

The Guam Comprehensive Cancer Control Coalition extends a sincere Un Dangkulu Na Si Yu’os Ma’ase to members who spearheaded the revision of the booklet.
